1. Using Kicchaak
By creating or contributing to a board, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Kicchaak. You're responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account secure.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of every photo, voice note, and message you upload. You grant Kicchaak a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content to the board it was submitted to. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
3. Acceptable use
Don't upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes copyright, or contains malware. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Board hosts may also remove individual contributions at their discretion.
4. Payments and refunds
Free boards include up to 30 contributions. Kicchaak Forever is a one-time $19 upgrade per board that unlocks unlimited contributions, timed unlock messages, and permanent access. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if your board has not yet received contributions beyond the free tier.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Kicchaak running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice before any change that significantly affects paid boards.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Kicchaak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify board hosts by email.
